You are invited to join us in celebrating the life of Suley Fattah. We are holding an open and informal gathering on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. 

 

We will be on the second floor of the Madison Avenue Pub (14 Madison Avenue, near Bloor & Spadina - map). Green P Parking available on both Madison Ave and Spadina Rd just north of Bloor. We are also immediately adjacent to the Spadina Subway Station. 

 

This will be an opportunity to share stories and to raise a glass and cheer in memory of Suley. Light refreshments will be provided; there is no need to bring anything. Drop in at any point and stay for as long as you like.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be considered for the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre to thank them for their exceptional care for Suley.
