Potter & Potter’s May 2nd auction features a strong selection of Houdiniana, including rare postcards, signed photographs, early letters, programs, and memorabilia.
Other highlights include ephemera from the careers of Chung Ling Soo, Jose Frakson, and Harry Kellar.
And, of special interest, there will be the memorabilia and magic tricks from the career of Johnny Thompson, better known as The Great Tomsoni, to round out the sale. Among these items will be his numerous awards, stage-used props, and even hairpieces (!), along side show costumes.
The auction streams live, with video, on the Potter & Potter website beginning at 10am CT on Saturday, May 2nd.
